Our Guarantee

We strive to match you with YOUR perfect horse and to
find the right home for each of our horses.

Once you have found a horse you feel is right for you, take him home. You have a seven day assessment period at your home to be sure. Please read our PURCHASE AGREEMENT, which outlines our preview and sale policies. We are not traders or brokers, we own and represent every horse we sell. They carry our brand and our approval.

We intend to be your last stop on your search for the right horse.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT VET CHECKS:
We understand that in order to feel confidant about your purchase decision, you may choose to involve your veterinarian and conduct a vet check. Feel free, at your expense. However; understand that we (along with the vast majority of horse professionals) believe the flexion test is a joke and you should know that 60% of all horses over 10 years old fail this ridiculous test. If you are going to use the flexion test to make or break your decision to purchase one of our horses, do not waste our time by coming to look. We are confidant about our horses, our horses' health, their soundness, and our guarantee. We know them by having used them and can attest to their soundness based upon that use, better than any vet. We frankly will not consider what your neighbor, your friend, your deputized family expert, or your vet has to say about our horse to have more merit than our own evaluation. If they have made the grade here in our program, they are already miles ahead of any arbitrary test anyone else could inflict upon them.

Payment:
Payment in full is necessary at time of sale.

We accept cash, money order, or cashiers check, and Visa/MasterCard/American Express.  Checks are subject to prior approval through our office, or at time of sale with a bank letter verifying funds.

* CLICK HERE to see a copy of our Purchase Agreement.

* Our prices are not negotiable.

* All assessment expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, including transportation, transfers (health/brand), and vet checks.

* If you choose to involve a veterinarian or trainer to help with your assessment, require them to look at the horse's health & suitability for the application in which you are putting the horse. (example - Is this horse healthy and suitable for pleasure mountain trail riding?)

* Full ownership of the horse will transfer to the buyer when the horse leaves our ranch. This includes the responsibility for your own safety AND the health and care of the horse.

* You will sign a Purchase Agreement indicating that you have received the horse in a healthy and acceptable condition. Full ownership and all liability for the horse will then transfer to you, the new owner. We reserve the right to refuse to replace a horse if we feel the horse has been injured, mis-trained, or is no longer of the same value to us for any reason OR if we feel the buyer was not earnest in their attempt to assess the horse. MONTANA HORSES WILL BE THE SOLE JUDGE IN THIS MATTER!

Please be a qualified buyer.
